Lowie Vercraeye

Co-founder at BRAUZZ.

Lowie Vercraeye is one of the three founders of BRAUZZ., a company in revolutionary plastic-free cleaning products. With his financial expertise, he contributed considerably to several successful funding rounds. Lowie’s greatest passion is innovation, monitoring and responding to the latest trends. After a Master’s degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Antwerp Management School, he decided to pursue his dream, together with fellow students Manush Barvar and Ruben Renaer: creating real impact by bringing innovative products to the market.

How BRAUZZ. disrupted the cleaning industry from offline to D2C (direct to consumer) by asking themselves 3 simple questions.

The story of BRAUZZ. began with the observation that plastic is a huge societal problem. Less than 9% of the plastic that is produced worldwide gets recycled. The remaining 91% is burnt or ends up in landfills and in nature. Scientists expect the oceans to contain more plastic than fish by 2050… BRAUZZ. is eliminating single-use plastic in the cleaning industry. During the keynote, you will find out how BRAUZZ. arrived at a solution to an immense societal problem. BRAUZZ. is one of the leading examples in addressing this ecological challenge, from the design to the final product, in an e-commerce-only environment.

E-shoppers behaviours & trends

Ecommerce evolves with unconventional trends reshaping online shopping. From social commerce blurring social media and marketplaces to augmented reality shopping, these trends challenge norms and expand possibilities in the digital realm. E-commerce logistics operators play a crucial role beyond the supply chain process. They are responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable brand experience by providing (real-time) updates on orders to instill confidence, reduce anxiety, and offering hassle-free return and exchange processes to enhance customer convenience. In this context, bpost gathers and processes a vast amount of data from various sources, including market research, operational records and observations, consumer lifestyle databases, and more. The unique combination of these assets enables us to provide a comprehensive overview of multiple industries and Belgian trends, which can be further analyzed for patterns, volumes, shipment preferences, e-shopper personas, and more. A session with a lot of valuable knowledge for any player operating in the e-commerce.
